We are at home in the tranquil Geestgemeinde Sarzbüttel, in the district of Dithmarschen in Schleswig Holstein. Our cheese specialties ripen in the historic natural ripening cellar in a unique room climate. Through a lot of rest and the best ripening conditions, our products achieve the typical North German cheese taste.
